 Currency:
The official currency of Anguilla is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (EC$), although the US Dollar is widely accepted. The Yahoo! offers exchange rate information.

 Entry Requirements
Travel Documents You'll Need:
A valid passport (with at least 6 months before expiration) is required by all visitors to Anguilla. Visitors are required to have a return or onward ticket. Additionally, citizens of certain countries below will also need entry visas.

Green card holders must have a valid green card and valid passport from their country of origin.

Nationals of the following countries require a visa to enter Anguilla:

New Passport Regulations:
The U.S. has recently issued a statement to the effect that U.S. Citizens will be required to carry a passport when traveling to the Caribbean including Anguilla.  Transportation:
Taxis:
Taxis are a good way to see Anguilla and are readily available at the airport and at Blowing Point Dock. An average taxi fare from the airport to Shoal Bay is $12, to Meads Bay is $14 and to Moundays Bay is $18.
