This restaurant is - as it says in it's name - right on the beach at Dickson's Bay. On Wednesdays (or is it Tuesdays? You lose track when you're on vacation!) they have "Stripe and Steak Night" - you get a Red Stripe Beer and a Steak for a set price. They grill it on the beach in front of you. The restaurant is open-air, and you can sit indoors or outdoors. A guy tells jokes (interesting) and you can hear the waves that are about 6 feet away. If you're feeling romantic after dinner, you can stroll the beach and watch the sunset. Lots of variety for food choices - from pasta, pizza and steak to seafood, burgers, salads, sandwiches...somewhat of a 'trendy' feel, but clean, great staff, and good food at a reasonable price, (remember, you're on an island where everything has to be shipped in). I highly recommend The Beach if you'd like a casual but romantic dinner.
