Despite not being on the beach, this restaurant is very cozy and romantic. The service was outstanding, comparable to fine dining in the US, and the menu showed a nice variety of French-Caribbean fusion cuisine. It's considered by many to be one of the finest restaurants on Antigua, so reservations are essential. My most important criterion of any meal, the dessert selection, was amply fulfilled at Le Bistro. We ordered a selection: the Key lime mousse and the Creole coconut tart were both mouthwateringly good, and even though I'm not a chocolate fan, I did enjoy their dense, flourless chocolate torte. Le Bistro is pricey, especially with a round-trip taxi fare factored into the cost, but my partner and I had a memorable and satisfying meal.
