This is where I had my first lunch on Anguilla. Sitting in this tranquil little shack, gazing out at the azure Caribbean, one day removed from the Northwest haze, this was paradise. Everything was idyllic. The setting, the weather, the johnnycakes were wonderful, the Snapper was beautiful and delicious. This is always my first stop for lunch, usually my last as well. Nat & Ethne have always been wonderful. Even once when we showed up when the place was overrun with Soroptimists. Ethne came out and appologised for being full. We went out and snorkelled for 30 min. and came back to a feast of fish and ribs and of course, johnnycakes.
