Equally as difficult was finding ones that fit our budget. The Roti Hut provided a great option for us - we loved it! We stopped by in advance, and they made special meals for us - really fun and far more interesting than the standard pasta dishes available elsewhere. We also enjoyed the layed-back outdoor setting. Highly recommend unless you are seeking a high-end "Gourmet" magazine experience; in that case, try one of the hotels. (visited Anguilla 8/02).
