Anguilla Restaurant & Dining Reviews

First of all, the view alone makes this restaurant excellent! During my stay on Anguilla, I dined at several beach front restaurants, and Pimms had the best view. You must visit before the sun goes down and watch the sunset from your table. After sunset, there is still a nice view of the resort's lights sparkling. Request a table closest to the edge- you will be a few feet from the moonlit ocean. Waiters will periodically toss scraps into the water and it is fun to see the fish appear instantly. The service was excellent. As we walked in we were greeted as if we were in a friend's home. The hostess that seated us actually gave us a big hug. I was fooled for a moment into thinking that I knew this woman. The food was very good- the menu selection was large- my only complaint was that the portions were so small. I am familiar with upscale restaurants that serve small artistic portions, however, these seemed a little lost on the plate. One dish in particular was the pork tenderloin- very good but it was about 4 bites. I would go back to Pimms- the atmosphere is relaxing and romantic.
