The view is spectacular. The best time to go is at sunset. The service is definitely better at Pimms. It was pretty slow when I ate at Kemia. The atmosphere is different- Middle Eastern/African decorated. Kemia has a great bar where you can relax and have exotic drinks- they have an extensive mixed drink menu. The dinner menu mimics a Spanish Tapas Bar- all appetizer portions. It is a great concept- you get to sample many different dishes. The Korean spareribs and Mahi-Mahi were exceptional. My husband and I ordered 5 dishes- I would recommend at least 6. The dishes we ordered were literally 2 bites- we shared and had one bite of each dish. Most dishes were between $14-22 each.
