Banana’s by the Sea - Meads Bay - Saturday Night - Dinner.
What a lovely restaurant. Very striking with brightly colored linens and burnt orange napkins with the sea as a backdrop. We asked if we could have a drink on the beach and watch the sunset and their charming young bartender Jamal, promptly went and got us a lounge chair to sit, and brought us our drinks - all the while with a big smile on his face - talk about service! We complimented the owners Dale and Bob on their staff - what a great bunch of people.
Dinner was fantastic - really, really good - I had the Snapper with lobster sauce, and Pete had the mahi mahi stuffed with crab and shrimp in a white wine sauce.
Wonderful food, service and setting.
Bananas by the Sea - tied for number two on my favorites list - you must try it - you won’t be disappointed.
