Barrel Stay 03/14/2006

Barrel Stay - Dinner Monday night. Another wonderful meal in a gorgeous setting. Jill Shepard is a walking angel and Graham Belcher is a master chef. Between the two of them they have found the formula for a great restaurant and we were not disappointed. We shared the famous fish soup. Peter had the fennel crusted mahi mahi and I had the lobster ravioli appetizer . It was really good. A big piece of lobster stuffed into an al dente ravioli with some other stuff in there too - dont know what. For dessert we shared the crème brule which was superb. No long waits, no overcharges, no surprises, very good food and service.
