Ferry Boat Inn 03/14/2006

Ferry Boat Inn - Lunch - Thursday.
We could hardly wait to get over to Ferry Boat Inn to have a burger. We were the first ones there. Marjorie was not around and her assistant Rhona was manning the fort. This girl has grown up since last year and was gracious and competent in every way. She literally beamed when we told her her rum punch is the best on the island and then took time to share her recipe with us. The burgers were all we had dreamed of: big, moist, with a slight char flavor, just melt in your mouth scrumptious…a young fellow came out - I gathered he was the cook because when I gave him the thumbs up.
