Great House Anguilla 07/16/2010

I recently visited Anguilla to attend a wedding. One of my obligations was to find a site where I could host a breakfast. Well, The Great House in Anguilla was it. An absolutely lovely spot with great views of the turquoise-colored Caribbean sea. I met with the manager to arrange it all. Will was most accommodating. He has lovely staff who prepared a very scrumptious breakfast for 16 (which, last minute, I had to change to 22!) They made the change smoothly! The price was reasonable as well. I only have a couple of suggestions with regard to location of the buffet table. Angle it more to completely overlook the sea, after all, it is such a gorgeous spot! And remember, 8:30 am island time gets closer to 9:00 am.
