Chalet Suisse 05/26/2003

Disappointing. We went to Suisse chalet a second time during our vacation. The service was good, the Maitre D left something to be desired. I ordered the Duck (expecting one thing and getting something else). My wife had it the earlier in the week. It was really good. For some reason management made a change in the cut. This was not shownn on the menu and the waiter did not say a thing. When it was served it looked like medium rare steak, not duck and not the way it was prepared before. It was terrible. The Maitre D even though he offered me an exchange (Grouper), it was tasteless (I said something).
Personally, I paid the bill, but said to my wife that the restaurant did not really care.
