The kitchen misplaced our order so that people who came after we did were served and finished before we'd received our appetizer. It was a shame because the fish was well prepared, but we were so hot and hungry and tired we didn't appreciate the meal. They did take 20% off the bill...however this was AFTER they'd added the 15% service charge. I think they should've removed the price of at least one dinner from the bill or given us a free bottle of wine. We wouldve returned for another meal, but we only had a one week vacation and didn't know if they'd be able to serve us in that short space of time.
