Bad service and bugs in food
When my meal was delivered by my waiter (I believe his name was Buchi) I started eating and I noticed a bug in the potatoes. I called this to his attention and without another word he removed the plate from the table. I assumed he was going to replace it with another bug free meal. 45 minutes passed, my wife had long since finished her meal but I still had not seen my waiter or my replacement meal. I finally asked another waiter what happened to my meal. My waiter finally showed up and asked if I wanted the same meal again. These were the first words I had heard from him since the incident and still no apology. 20 minutes later I finally got my replacement meal. I assumed he would take care of me in some other way. I never saw him again and there was nothing on the bill to make up for the atrocity and bad service. At no time during the whole meal was I or my wife ever asked how the food was. You can decide if you want to eat at a restaurant that treats its patrons in this manner.
