I arrived in Bridgetown and decided to try some local cuisine. I happened to come across Jarod's Bar & Grill. It was a quaint restaurant with modern art paintings on the walls. They had a Bajan Buffet and I decided to partake so I could try a little of everything. The food was extraordinary. The flavors and spices found in the Chicken Stew, Macaroni Pie, and Mashed Potatoes was phenomenal. I immediately had to rush out and by a Barbados cookbook. They had great service and delicious food.
