Villa Nova 09/11/01

If you fancy fine cuisine in the romantic atomosphere of one of Barbados' finest Plantation Houses then look no further than Villa Nova. Navigating the route to Villa Nova is an adventure in itself! You may wish to travel by Taxi?
Once there you will know that the journey has been worth the effort. The Plantation House has been furnished with the finest pieces and this is matched only by the service which was attentive whilst remaining relaxed.
We started the evening with Cocktails in the Lounge before being shown to our table on the terrace. The meal was one of the best I have sampled in Barbados and the use of local produce and ingredients really made for an interesting blend.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, if you are longing for something other than a waters edge setting i.e. Carambola, The Cliff, La Mer, then please give this restaurant a whirl.
My girlfriend and I both enjoyed our evening to the Max. A friend and his wife visited Villa Nova for Sunday Lunch and aswell as enjoying the meal were able to enjoy the views over Barbados.
