The bright exterior is only surpassed by the even more novel interior and furnishings. Service is very good. Facility is not air conditioned and although the fans were turing, it was very hot in the dining room. The food was not quite as interesting as the facility. The owner, who chatted with us, was very nice. Menu needs some improvenet, as well as the quality of the food.
