I tried to read about various restaurants and found a lot of information on this site that seemed accurate and helpful. This restaurant has not been reviewed for a while.I tend to agree with older reviews posted here. Carambola was the best restaurant that we found. The setting was spectacular! Try to go when they feed the Manta Rays. The food was superb, equalling any four star restaurant in the US in taste and presentation. Sevice was also excellant. We also dined at the Cliff during our visit. While the Cliff was also a spectacular setting, the food seemed slightly better at Carambola. We asked a taxi driver which one the locals preferred. He agreed, Carambola is the one.
