We went early and watched the sunset over a bottle of wine. What a view! We had the crab cakes as an appetizer...wow! My husband had the spiced rubbed pork and I had the blackened red snapper with mango salsa (which was the catch of the day). Both were excellent. We finished our meal in the bar with a chocolate martini (which we told the bartender how to make and was the best we ever had!) and then they called a car to take us back to our hotel. We tried many different restaurants during our nine day stay (even Carambola, which was the worst service we encountered) and never found the service as close to being what we found at the Tides!
