Roast pumpkin and Ginger bisque soup is superbly flavoured as an appetizer and my favourite dinner entr饠is pan fried breaded breast of chicken parmesan over a bed of fettuccine alfredo. I have visited Fusions Bar and Grille several times and really enjoy the delicious food and would recommend that it is a MUST for any tourist who visits Tortola.
