Tortola 02/22/2003 Reviewers Rating: Excellent Excellent cuisine...Everything is freshly prepared, exquisitely cooked or grilled and served with artistic expression.Grant has won "BEST LUNCHEON" twice in the past year. Roast pumpkin and Ginger bisque soup is superbly flavoured as an appetizer and my favourite dinner entr饠is pan fried breaded breast of chicken parmesan over a bed of fettuccine alfredo. I have visited Fusions Bar and Grille several times and really enjoy the delicious food and would recommend that it is a MUST for any tourist who visits Tortola.
