Davide remains the best (and most entertaining) chef in the BVI. I'm not on his payroll, but the people who are know the meaning of service.
The food is excellent and there is a long list of items that chef talks to you about on the terrace which overlooks the channel while you have cocktails. This experience alone doesn't happen in most places.
We were a large party (ten) about to go on a sail and were very excited and perhaps a little loud, but the staff and chef wanted us to have a good time and so we did.
A superb dining experience can be had here, but expect to pay. if you drink (alcohol) it can run to almost $100 a person.
