It has cheap items (sandwiches) and expensive items (steak) on the menu. Don't get the steak, it's way overpriced and not that good. Salad and soup are excellent. service is generally very good. Bob, on the other hand, is hard to engage in conversation even though it's only you and him sitting at the bar. Maybe he was having a bad evening. The restrooms are interesting, if not particularly private.
