We had dinner at Watermark in Jan 2009. It was a terrible disappointment from our prior dinners at Oscar's. The new owner was called and couldn't even reply to my comments. They offered lamb shank on the menu and served Mutton. Either their chef does not know how to pick meat, prepare it and certainly should not have served this disgusting spoiled piece of swill. My wife tried one bite and was sick for the next 24 hours. On observing other diners who had ordered and passed over this offering she realized she had made the right choice by not ingesting any more. I had ordered gnocchis, they tasted like chef boy ar dee in a can.
The 1 star fair rating I gave is only because there is no other rating lower.
If you want an impeccable meal, gracious courteous service go to the SugarMill. Good food is also available at Jolly Roger ( great service, large variety, fast service). The Dove in Roadtown has gourmet food, never was disappointed there. Also good local food at Palms Delight ( be patient).
We have been going to Tortola for 19 years.
