They have excellent Italian food with a wide variety of meal choices. The wine was also very good. Mama Roma is located in the Punta Langosta shopping mall and provides a nice breezy atmosphere. The service was also excellent and everything was well priced. We spent only $45 for two people including appetizer, 2 meals and a few drinks. Very reasonable! If you are visiting Cozumel - you can't miss Mama Roma!
