Last night I been at Beef Eaters Steak House. It is located in front of Marriott Casa Magna Cancun Hotel.
It is another of those great fine dining establishments that is right on the lagoon in the Cancun Hotel Zone. The view of the lagoon is beatiful and contributes to the enjoyment of the meal.
I went on to order a house specialty which is a creamy shrimp and corn bisque
that was excellent. Then a Capresse salad. You know, those thick slices of mozzarella cheese on equally thick slices
of beefsteak tomato and bathed in basil, oregano and virgin olive oil. What made it especially good was that it was absolutely fresh...still moist and not dry. The main dish, a hefty filet mignon in a merlot wine reduction was so tender you could cut it with a fork which made the night feel complete.
Highly recommended for those who love both steak and ambience. Charles
