This is not your New York City Palm (or Las Vegas for that matter) The steaks are prime, the service ubiquitous and the decor in keeping with the franchise. However, I had to send my prime rib back twice this year to get the end cut medium as ordered. This was my second try. Last year we sent back a cold-in-the-middle New York that was ordered medium rare. The owner needs to fire his brother in the kitchen or he will lose his shirt. There is no excuse for a steak house to cook a steak any other way but how it was ordered, especially when the tab is nearly $40.00. Ruth Chris is one star up but not worth the money either.
