Seasons is the new establishment that the owners of former 'le Maitre' restaurant at Chobolobo now have opened in beautiful 'Papagayo Resort'. It is situated over the pool of this tropical luxury resort and the restaurant is just as good as their former 'Le Maitre'.

'Seasons' has a very international menu with delicacies from the Caribbean, but also French Gooseliver, snails and tournedos au poivre, Dutch mussels and oysters, Italian pastas and jumbo prawns, some Indian and Indonesian plates and lots of beautiful fish and lobster courses.

Prices are very reasonable, more so if you think that most food has to be flown in, as our island hasn't got that many international ingredients and the local dishes aren't as extensive as the visitors would wish.

Service is always friendly and very welcoming, Mrs. de Leur tends the bar and opens the wines, Mr. de Leur takes care of the service, helped by a beautiful Antillean lady and son Michael is the undisputed master behind the furnace.

A must for the more adventurous visitor!
