Interesting place if you can walk steps to get inside the "Fort." View is okay but looks out onto oil refineries in the ocean.
Food was good, but not too plentiful. You got one small roll for each person. Lamb chops were delicious as was the creme brulee.
The waiter never came back to table to ask how the food was. Considering that this is a pricey restaurant and not that easy to find in the dark, we were surprised. You need a reservation on weekends in particular.
