LA MINA stands in the Plaza de Armas and has green sunshades. Ask to be seated in the inner courtyard with the peacocks. seafood grill $25, meat grill $20 plus loads of salad/veg/rice. Excellent value and lovely setting. for a really tasty paealla try round the corner, much cheaper but very tasty indeed. The roof top restaurant of the Ambos Mundos hotel is also good.
