The Edge, in Bodden Town, has some of the most fabulous food on Grand Cayman, at surprisingly reasonable prices. Located right on the ocean (hopefully Hurricane Michelle didn't get it!), this is the type of place you can walk in practically barefoot off the beach -- and have some of the best lobster, shrimp, conch fritters, and rum runners your lips ever had the pleasure of wrapping around. Enjoy, and be sure to look up Philippe, the owner/chef -- he's all about service with a smile! K.
