Chicken! Chicken! 01/14/03

This was the most disapointing meal we had on the whole island. We actually ate there twice, giving it a second chance for as the first time was really bad. The second time was a lot worse and the manager on duty didn't make things to pleasurable either. We all beileved he thought he was trying to make things better, but seemed to forget the main issue and that was that we weren't pleased. It doesn't matter why the chicken was undercooked and side items were cold.. just make it right with out the excuses and we would have been satisfied. The staff was relatively slow and didn't seem to have good food knowledge but were okay...I actually saw a staff memeber drop a serving spoon or utensile and then picked it up and continued to serve..i hope the floor was clean. However,one specific employee however was very nice and did what ever it took to make us smile which should be a lesson for ownership ans management..I wish we remebered her name for she deserves to get promoted to Management :)Also the bathrooms were filthy both times..We heard such good things about the chicken and it certainly smelled good when we walked in but the place is cramped, dirty and we all felt rushed as well. It will probably be our loose but we wil never visit this establishment agian and we own a time share there! -Jacque Fauteux Boston, MA
