Captain's Table 03/06/2004

There is a new Canadian Chef at the Captian's Table located on Cayman Brac, and man, what a difference.
The food is excellent, especially the pastas. We had Fetuccini Alfredo with chicken, onions and broc, and let me tell you, the chef prepares the sauce made to order, and I have travelled all over, and this is the best it gets!
The brushetta is awesome and perfect and this was the first time I had tried conch fritters and since then, I have yet to find ones that taste any better.
Besides the food, we found the bartender, I think his name was Casear, to be the most friendly and outgoing bartender we meet during our stay on both Cayman Brac and Grand Cayman.
We did have a chance to eat at other places on Cayman Brac during our 10 stay there, but we went back to the Captain's Table after trying the other restaurants and that is where we ate every meal, except breakfast as they only serve lunchand dinner.
Enjoy the Captain's Table like we did. It makes all the difference between a good holiday and and EXCELLENT trip to the Cyaman's.
