Didn't get to eat here.
We went in to order as we had read so many wonderful reviews. No one else was in line, and they were not busy. There were 5 adults in our group. My husband speaks softly, and most wait staff cannot hear him clearly to get his order. He generally tells me what he wants, I then relay that order with my own. When I did that here, the person in charge turned on me, snapping, "You order one order at a time, this is how we do it here!!!" Well, since she may have been having a bad day, and since my kids really wanted to eat here [smelled heavenly] I stayed although I would have liked to tell her about a little think called tact and being personable. I then asked after one of the salads they had listed for sale to find if I could get it without onions. She actually huffed, turned her back on me, and started placing phone calls!!! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. If anyone out there in the ether knows the persons who own this restaurant, they need to look into the woman that was in charge on April 19.
We decided this was entirely too much and the poor girl who was trying to help us was looking miserable and giving us the 'I'm sorry' look, we left. As we were leaving the person in charge made some sort of disparaging remarks.
Poor service, unkind, and tactless.
We did go to Cimboco, which I believe is a sister restaurant, after this, and found this restaurant warm, friendly, customer oriented and tasty!
I will never go to Chicken Chicken again. I don't care how good it smells, or how many raves it gets.
Two trips in one...first and last.
