Rodger the owner and Chef had a large restaurant in Belgium before moving to Dominica app 8 years ago to start the Sunset Bay Resort. His food is top quality, excellantly prepared and good size proportions. We ate there 3 times during our 8 day stay on the island. His lobster flambe($28US) in garlic butter is great. His fresh fish is also the best, especially since he always gets it the same day he serves it. On this small island it is hard to find good restaurants but this along with Papillote were the best!!!
