Michelangelo Restaurant located on Roberto Pastoriza and Winston Churchill two of the most popular streets in the country and situated in a one of the most popular mall with a terrace overlooking these two streets is the place to be if you want to be seen. The pair of chef are dedicated to make sure every plate is their number one plate. Now you wonder how is this posible, well after talking with the owners, it was easy to understand, how they were able to make every plate on their menu the best. This is how they do it. They chef cooks only what they love to eat themself. They research every plate and the secret is all natural spices and extra virgin olive oils,Parmigiano Reggiano and grano padano, fresh mozzarella and ricotta, best cuts of meats selected daily by the owners. well you get the idea, now after lunch or dinner just go to the terrace and drink a cup of wine and have a great dominican Cigar, you can not have it better then this. I give it five stars*****
