We went to Negril for the first time 3/23/04-3/29/04. Stayed on 7 mile beach(BEAUTIFUL.) We ate dinner at the Rockhouse and can't' say what a wonderful experience this was. The setting is up on the cliffs(get there by 6:00pm for the sunset attraction) have a cocktail while watching the sun slowly drop into the ocean. It is a truly breathtaking sight. The food-- best we had the whole visit, and the staff are all so lovely and fun to be with. Call them and they'l send a car to pick you up at your hotel and return you as well, TIP the driver at least $8.00 cause a cab to that section would cost $10 one way. ENJOY and DON'T MISS THIS. Yoy'll regret it if you do.
