It is too bad that this site does not allow for negative or minus stars. Do NOT bother to go! Three friends and I visited this restaurant in the first week of August and will never return (assuming that the restaurant lasts). The service was atrocious, the food was abominable, and the management was unresponsive to our complaints. Several examples: (1) although the restaurant was not busy when we entered, it took at least 15 minutes for someone to bring menus to the table and take our drink orders; (2) it took 15 additional minutes to get bread brought to the table; (3) one member of the party ordered shrimp etoufee (granted, maybe not the wisest choice in a Puerto Rican restaurant, but the restaurant claims to specialize in creole cuisine) -- when her order came there was no etoufee, just plain boiled shrimp. When the waitress brought the check, she added in the tip (although the menu read that the tip would be added only for parties of six or more). When we wanted to complain, it took the staff about 20 minutes to return with the manager at the end of the visit. When he appeared, the manager stood there with no response to our complaints.
