Marshalls for dinner our second night - was lovely! The atmosphere was gorgeous, service absolutely excellent, wine list was reasonably priced - a fantastic French burgundy, Anne de la Roche. Food was some of the best we had in a week, and we ate at two of the plantation houses as well. Crabcakes and the Coquilles St. Kitts were both wonderfully flavorful. Grilled shrimp and a grilled snapper entree were both cooked to perfection - simply, with just enough spices and sauce to enhance. Vegetables were al dente. Creme brulee had a slight "tropical" flavor and was rich and delicious (we shared). A pleasant evening NOT to be missed!
