This is a MUST do when you go to St. Kitts! The grounds are gorgeous - so remote and quiet (except for lots of birds singing.) A cocktail on the porch overlooking the grounds. Then a buffet style lunch - wonderful West Indian food! Service was very attentive, atmosphere relaxing. Fish fritters, stewed chicken, beef croquettes, rice and peas, salad, pasta salad, fried plantains...and more! All were excellent and authentic - what an experience. The plantation is a bit far for dinner, but a perfect stop for a day trip around the island. I highly recommend this lovely inn for lunch!
