The restaurant is located next to OTI and has a great view of the Basseterre Harbour. It is jointly owned by Alex James (he used to be the Chef at the Angelus) and Pauline Horton. When it first opened they were only serving dinner. However they started serving lunch this past Friday December 17. I had lunch there on that day and was very pleased with the service and the food was great. A friend who was with me cannot stop talking about the food. The atmosphere is very tranquil and relaxing. I could have stayed there all afternoon, but I had to return to work. This restaurant appears to be quite a hit already. They were pretty busy on the opening day from what I saw when they were there, but surprisingly we did not have to wait long for our food to arrive. Reservations are advised.
