Big Chef's Steakhouse 04/28/2009

My wife and I were vacationing in St.Lucia for our 20th wedding anniversary and were looking for a change of pace from the "resort food" we had been eating all week. A resort magazine featured Big Chef's Steakhouse. We booked reservations on Thursday evening April 23rd. We arrived to a wonderful ambiance. The mushroom and Brushetta appetizer was amazing! I ordered the Ribeye steak and my wife ordered the special for the evening which was baked Red Snapper. These were also AMAZING! We both finished with a dessert. I chose the Fried banana tort with ice cream and my wife had the Chocolate cake. These were world class desserts. WE had such a wonderful expierence weedecided to come back the next evening. The wait staff was VERY friendly and very accomodating. The owners wife spent some time talking with us and our waiters Jason and Kendall made our expierence the best! Do yourself and your appetite a favor when in St. Lucia and visit Big Chef's Steakhouse!
