We had breakfast and lunch several times at the Edge last January 2007. Aside from the ludicrously long wait (45 minutes to fry eggs?!), the meals were very good and the setting exceptional.
They have an integrated sushi bar which I used for part of my order (a Sashimi Selection). It was very good. Note that there is only one toilet for men (and it was often occupied by staff when I went).
