We have just returned from two weeks holiday in St Lucia. We discovered The Edge restaurant in Rodney Bay after a few days, tucked behind the Harmony Suites & adjacent to Rodney Bay Harbour. I cannot speak too highly of this establishment. The food, wine, decor, staff are all excellant. Bobo, the owner/head chef, ensures everything is to your satisfaction when he stops by each table. I have never written a review before but felt we must do so in this case. Please do visit The Edge - it really did make our holiday.
