I stayed at the green parrott in 1980 on a working vacation with Brown & Root there. I am glad to hear that chef Harry is still around & doing well. He was a blast & served good food then, as well as in the present (judging from several reviews I read). I now own my own restaurant & enjoyed every meal with him & his staff that year. A real St Lucia local place to try !!
