I have been going to St Lucia for years and my in-laws always eat here. Yes, the other postee is right. It's so cheap and the food is good. I would not say excellent and sometimes it can be a bit hit an miss as with any place, but its clean and friendly. We mainly use it as a lunch venue or take-away. The Lime across the road has the same thing going in the cabin-buffet-style venue outside. Again, great value. Its really strange but as soon as we arrive in St Lucia, after a long flight, we always head for these two venues to eat as it's quick , cheap and cheerful.
Another cheap place to try is next to Spinikers on Rodney Bay Beach. There is a lady who has a stall and cooks home made Creole food.
Again you can get rice, peas, chicken and a dumpling for about £2.00 and eat it on the beach!!
We all eat here and have never had any problems.
