In St. Martin it is located in Philipsburg at the end of the shopping street at Bobby's Marina, right on the water. It is one of the most affordable restaurants on the island where the French chef can turn out the Greenhouse burger as well as lobster thermador. My favorites are the fettucine al fredo, and the filet mignon with peppercorn sauce. The slow wood roasted BBQ and Jamaican Ribs are are the best I have had anywhere. Their fresh fish includes salmon, snapper, ahi tuna, sea bass and swordfish. The desserts are made in house and include, New York cheesecake, Key Lime pie, and Bread Pudding. The service is wonderful and once people visit, they always come back. Late on Tuesday, after 10PM is when the entire area turns into the most happening dance scene on the island. Happy Hour each day is very big and fun with half price drinks and appetizers.
