Eric, the owner-chef, is brillioant in the kitchen and alond with his wife and hostess, Maryline, they will tailor any of their exquisite dishes to your exact tastes and requirements, e.g allergies. They have had a restaurant in Reunion and so there is often an East Indian flavor to the selection. The range of seafood from carpaccio to stews is invariably perfectly cooked and seasoned. The duck in mango sauce is one of the sexiest dishes ever created. Maryline is charming and will suggest interesting wines, aperitifs, etc and her collection of house rum is remarkable. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable-not stuffiness at all and all guests are treated as well as French guests. Can't say enough good about it.
