We spent an all inclusive week at the Esmeralda Resort (Feb 3-9). We have never had such excellent service, fine dining and the staff are out of this world as well as the food. We will definately be going back next year and can't wait to enjoy our meals with Thomas and all the excellent staff at L'Astrolabe! CU Next year!!
