What a restaurant!!! Everything was just exceptionel. From the service, to the food, to the atmosphere. The Maitre'D did suggest to try the meat from Columbia, and what a treat!! We did meet there very nice people who have been running le Charolais for over 18 years. We did enjoy their air-conditioned room, especially at Maho. We will definitely go back to Le Charolais on our next trips to St. Martin, and we highly recommend it.
