Lee's Roadside Grill, located on the Dutch side near the airport on Simpson Bay Lagoon, is recommended by locals and tourists alike as a great spot for a leisurly lunch or dinner. The restaurant specializes in very large portions of high quality, well prepared, grilled ribs, seafood, and chicken. The portions are enormous, and the quality of service is excellent. The menu prices seem too reasonable to be true, especially when compared with restaurants on more pricy, nearby islands. We had a memorable meal at this restaurant. The views of the bay add to the experience. The only drawback, albeit rare, is the smell of engine exhaust from yachts and fishing boats at the dock. But that's part of the experience, too.
